The worlds most comfortable golf polo

About

Are you tired of feeling like you need to take golf too seriously? Yes, well Proud 90 has your covered - the brand created by a group of guys who love hitting the course and having a good time.

For Proud 90, hitting the lowest score isn't the be-all and end-all of the game. Instead, it's about getting out there with your mates, letting off some steam after a long week, and enjoying the great outdoors… Maybe throw a few beers in there for good measure. It's about having a good time on the course, regardless of whether you're a scratch golfer or someone that truly gets their money‘s worth. And that's exactly what Proud 90 is all about.

When the group realized that there was no golf brand out there for the average weekend warrior just out there to have fun, they decided to create one themselves. And thus, Proud 90 was born. With bold designs and comfortable, lightweight fabrics, the brand serves as a reflection of how the group chooses to play the game - sometimes unconventional, but never too seriously.

But don't let their easy-going attitude fool you - the guys behind Proud 90 are always working on ways to improve their game, just like they tirelessly work on ways to improve the brand. While playing on the PGA Tour may be a dream, that hasn't stopped them from going for it on every shot and having a hell of a good time doing it.

With Proud 90, you can embrace your love for golf while also having a great time with your mates on the course.

LIV in the City of Churches

Weekend at The Grange Golf Club

Dustin Johnson and Bryson DeChambeau believe that precision, not distance, will be crucial for their performance at the Grange Golf Club course in Adelaide, where LIV Golf will make its first appearance in Australia.

Although the course is relatively short, the rough is tough to play out of, so hitting the fairway is essential. The tournament will be the first for 18 players since the Masters two weeks ago, and several top golfers will participate, including Brooks Koepka, Phil Mickelson, and Patrick Reed.

The par-3 12th hole is expected to feature about 5,000 fans in amphitheater grandstands, and players will arrive at the tee accompanied by their chosen song.

The course itself is located near the ocean and in close proximity to central Adelaide, is a frequent inclusion on lists of Australia's top golf courses. Redesigned by Greg Norman in recent years, the course measures approximately 6,244 meters.

If this is your first time tuning in here is a quick run down on how it works:

- 48 players hit the course in a shotgun start.

- Which means all players tee off at the same time at different holes, in 16 groups of three.

- Two winners. One individual Champion and a team.

- Three rounds, or 54 holes.

- The individual winner is determined in the normal fashion, buy registering the lowest score while;

- In the team event, all members scores are tallied and count towards the teams total for each round. The franchise with the overall lowest score will be crowned the Champion Team for the event.

Money

One simply can not talk about LIV without mentioning the money involved so here is a snapshot of the payouts on offer at the conclusions of the week.

The overall purse for the individual competition is $US20 million. $US4 million for the winner and the rest divided out amongst the rest of the field. This ensures that everyone will receive at least a six-figure payout. Even the 48th place finisher will earn $US120,000. Absolutely not bad at all if your asking me!

Additionally, the team competition has a prize pool of $US5 million. The winning four-man team will split $US3 million, while the second-place team will divide $US1.5 million among their members. Third receiving the rest.
