Bye Bye Byeong

Byeong Hun An has been suspended for three months by the PGA Tour for violating the anti-doping policy due to a banned substance found in over-the-counter cough medicine in South Korea. The suspension is retroactive to August 31, and he'll be eligible to return on December 1.

An, who hasn't played since August, finished 44th in the FedEx Cup this year and is qualified for the $20 million signature events in 2024. He's the eighth player suspended since the PGA Tour began drug testing in 2008 and the first since Matt Every in 2019. Despite his talents, An has yet to secure a PGA Tour victory but has notable achievements on the European Tour and played in the Presidents Cup in 2019.
