Minobu Fujimoto, the founder, started out with a passion and a forge. Right next to his house, he repaired and replicated Western irons, each hammered and ground by eye. This method evolved into the “Hizukuri” technique, still used today for their standout handmade putters. By 1968, Fujimoto was on the map, kicking off OEM production and laying the groundwork for the Fujimoto Gikoh we're all fans of now.

By 2002, Fujimoto Gikoh had grown into a robust family business spanning three generations, known for its speciality and craftsmanship in golf gear. The company continued to make waves, especially in 2008 when it started crafting custom gear for tour pros, boosting their rep in the pro golf scene big time.

Fujimoto Golf, established in 2017, is on a mission to deliver the best-forged heads in the game, combining age-old techniques with cutting-edge technology. They're bringing back the annealing process to give you irons with a feel that's just unforgettable.
