Spotlight - Renwick

About

At The Daily Tee Off, we are always on the lookout for the latest and greatest in golf apparel. Today is no exception. I want to introduce you to Renwick, a brand that took twelve months but ended up creating the perfect polo for women.

For years, men have had the privilege of wearing great feeling, well tailored golf polos, while women have been left with very few options. But Renwick has changed that with their pima cotton polo, which has been crafted to provide the perfect fit. This top is versatile, making it perfect for the golf course, the beach, or even a casual day at the playground with the little ones. It's no wonder that Renwick is calling this the top every woman needs.

Renwick is more than just a brand that creates top-quality apparel. They are a brand that values being relaxed, natural and enjoying the journey your on. While Renwick's logo, featuring two ram heads, symbolises determination, action, initiative, and leadership - values that are deeply ingrained in their family.

Their journey started on Pippa's 40th birthday in 2019, when they decided to take the first steps to start their dream of launching a golf apparel company. Months later, they had designed their assortment and prepared for an launch. It takes courage to make this leap, but their passion for creating top-quality apparel that makes women feel comfortable and beautiful drove them forward.

The sisters, Pippa and Sarah, have a wealth of experience in merchandising, product development, brand building, ecommerce and inventory planning, having worked at companies like J.Crew, One Kings Lane, vineyard vines, and Draper James. They noticed the void for attractive golf apparel for women and knew that they had the complementary skillsets to fill it.

At Renwick, they want to celebrate the beauty of being yourself surrounded by the things you love. Their striped polo is a perfect example of this, combining the comfort of tradition with a timeless style that reminds us of summer evenings spent with family and friends.

We are excited to see what the future holds for Renwick and we hope you are too. Make sure you check out their website and get yourself the top every woman needs.

Major Championship debut

Australian golfer David Micheluzzi, a 26-year-old rising star on the ISPS HANDA PGA Tour of Australasia, has received an invitation to compete in the PGA Championship at Oak Hill in New York next week. This will be Micheluzzi's first major championship appearance, and it comes after he won three times in the 2022-23 season, including the NSW Open, TPS Sydney, and the WA PGA Championship. His success earned him the Order of Merit title, which gave him playing rights on the DP World Tour for the 2023-24 season, as well as a spot in the field at The Open Championship in July at Royal Liverpool.

The PGA of America sent out an invitation for Micheluzzi to compete in the PGA Championship based on his great play over the past season and his position on the OWGR’s Federation Ranking List. Micheluzzi is currently in the US preparing to compete in his first PGA Tour event, the Byron Nelson tournament in Texas, this week on an invitation. The text also quotes Kerry Haigh, Chief Championships Officer, PGA of America, and Nick Dastey, the PGA of Australia’s Tournaments Director Australasia, expressing their excitement about Micheluzzi's upcoming opportunities and his potential to showcase his talent at the highest level of the sport.

Alright that’s a wrap for today. I’ll catch you bright and early in the morning.
