• PGA tour heads to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina to play at the Harbour Town Golf links. Interesting fact is that this weeks purse is $360,000 more then last weeks Masters. The total tournament purse is $20 million, with $3.6 million going to the champion.

• The RBC Heritage is among the PGA Tour's designated events, with an extremely strong field. 68 of the top 100 players are scheduled to tee off.

• Defending champion Jordan Spieth is looking to go back to back closing last year’s tournament out in a playoff hole. (Check out our Instagram to see the bunker shot 🤯)

• Still with Jordan, In a recent interview he had mentioned that metal fatigue played a big roll in closing out last week’s tournament. Is LIV’s idea of less golf actually more?

• Rory McIlroy has withdrawn from this week's PGA Tour event. No reason was given. It will reduce this weeks field down to 143. Unless we are left with a field of 132 or less no replacement players will be needed.

• CBS Sports reports that the final round of the Masters is the most watched golf telecast on any network in the last 5 years. 16.25 million people tuned in to watch Sundays play.

• Paramount + also saw its golf viewership numbers hit record levels as it scored its most streamed round of golf ever.
